Baekjeong - Torrance

“I’ve been to a LOT of KBBQ spots over the years and Baekjeong genuinely blew me away. Like… the kind of meal you keep thinking about days later. Hands down one of the best KBBQ experiences I’ve ever had. We ordered the All Beef Combo and every single cut was incredible, but the boneless short rib completely stole the show. I’m not exaggerating when I say it was melt in your mouth good. Rich, buttery, perfectly marbled, insanely flavorful without feeling heavy. You know when food is so good it actually makes you pause for a second? That. What really stood out to me was the quality of the meat. ” — DM T
