The grilled mackerel was the standout of the meal—perfectly cooked with crispy skin, moist flesh, excellent texture, and rich flavor without being overly oily. The kimchi stew was equally impressive, with a deep, comforting broth, tofu, and small pieces of meat (which I believe were pork ribs) that added great richness.
