“Tried Sala Thai restaurant recently and it was such a great experience. The khao soi really stood out rich, creamy, and packed with flavor, with just the right balance of spice and comfort. You can tell it was made with care. For dessert, I had the mango sticky rice, and it did not disappoint. The mango was perfectly sweet and fresh, paired with that soft, slightly chewy sticky rice and a drizzle of coconut milk that tied everything together beautifully. Overall, everything felt authentic and satisfying. Definitely a spot I’d come back to when I’m craving something flavorful and comforting!” — Mark Florentino
