“Well, I really wanted to love this restaurant. The Alfond Inn is the most amazing hotel, but on this date, The Hamilton Kitchen was a fail! From the moment our biscuits came out burned, I knew something was off. Why would you even send these to the table? We also had the corn bread. It had flavor, but was super greasy and was a crumbly mess. There were 4 of us. Hubby had the skirt steak. It was flavorful but very chewy. The fried rice was so spicy it was not edible. My son had the lobster carbonara and he ranked it a 2 out of 5 stars. I had the tuna tartar. It had zero flavor. Worst I’ve ever ” — Bonalyn Boyd
