“Extremely disappointing experience. Our food arrived in under 5-10 mins max, which immediately made us wonder if it had been sitting for a while. Unfortunately, every part of our meal was cold. The ribs were dry and overcooked in some areas but pink/red in others. The wings were also cold and had a stale, refrigerated taste. The pulled pork and brisket sliders were only slightly above room temperature—edible but very basic. Mac and cheese lacked flavor, fries cold and soggy.
