Entering the hotel, we already could notice the elevated feeling with the eco-forward approach that the hotel offers, coupled along with the wonderful thoughtful services of all the people we met. Karli in particular from the concierge gave us wonderful recommendations to explore Copenhagen which we took her advice for and loved every one of the places. “I genuinely do not understand why this hotel positions itself as a five-star luxury property. The only thing that truly felt five-star was the price. We paid more than €2,000 for a two-night stay and booked a 24 m² room. However, upon arrival, we were given what appeared to be one of the smallest rooms in the hotel, which did not match our expectations based on the reservation. The room was so small that it was physically impossible to set up an ironing board. We were staying for a special occasion and needed to prepare formal clothing, so this became a real inconvenience.
