“I was fortunate enough to stay here for an event my company hosted here recently. It’s a beautiful hotel, wonderfully helpful staff and in a great location. The events team are second to none and the catering was all delicious & plentiful. My room was spacious and gorgeously appointed. “The experience we had at this hotel was truly extraordinary. Entering the hotel, we already could notice the elevated feeling with the eco-forward approach that the hotel offers, coupled along with the wonderful thoughtful services of all the people we met. Karli in particular from the concierge gave us wonderful recommendations to explore Copenhagen which we took her advice for and loved every one of the places. The lobby was really beautiful with greenery all around and the bikes lining up outside the hotel fit the Copenhagen vibe. “Going into our stay, I really wanted to like Villa Copenhagen, but unfortunately it fell pretty flat. We booked through Amex Fine Hotels & Resorts, and I reached out in advance to confirm a few details. I also flagged some mistakes how some of the rooms were listed on a third-party site. The response I received felt oddly defensive and almost implied the issue was my fault, which was not a great first impression. Check-in was also a mess.
