“Currently staying here for my daughter’s birthday. While the hotel staff is mostly friendly…the hotel itself is just OK. We booked a room with two queen beds… we do not have a room with two queen beds, two full beds maybe.. but definitely not queen. Our room came with an ironing board but no iron. We also were put into a handicapped accessible room…that said the bath tub/shower area is not ideal. The shower head is not good. Very small “wand” style and you can barely get clean. The water pressure is not good..but at least the water was hot. Bathrooms don’t have a fan in them and the door doesn” — EmB

“I LOVED everything about this hotel. First and foremost, cheers to the thoughtful and caring staff (especially Helene!!!). I was visiting chicago for a conference and she took very good care by making my room ready way earlier than my check in time. The location, room, service in the room were EXCELLENT! “This hotel is such a great stay in Chicago. Me and my wife stayed for the weekend for St Patrick’s day. We were not expecting much from the hotel because of reviews we had seen on other sites but oh we were wrong. This place is outstanding. They greeted us with glasses of Prosecco which was a hugely nice touch after landing and driving into town. They upgraded us to a studio room on the top floor! The service at the front is incredible and they were so welcoming and warm. Coffee and tea available in the mornings. Also gave us a $30 credit for the snack and drink bar inside!
