“Had an amazing stay at the Four Seasons Chicago. Kristen does a great job at creating a wonderful experience for guests with her team. Stacy at Adorn was such a warm server. She remembered the kids names, things they liked and their food preferences. Victoria was also warm and friendly with our kids. The front door men were so helpful and friendly. “I booked a stay at the Park Hyatt for my April 2026 wedding. I stayed there for my rehearsal dinner night, the morning of my wedding, for me and all of my girls to get ready, and then my husband and I stayed there for our wedding night. The Park Hyatt has the perfect location, right off Michigan Avenue and close to Holy Name Cathedral, where we got married. “We last stayed here 9 yrs ago and wanted to return to Chicago,so we decided to do this for our 20th Wedding Anniversary. It did not dissapoint and we are so glad we returned,all the staff are just so friendly and very helpful. The room we chose was a Club Lounge again as that was perfect for us,we had a good view out. The room does not have a coffee machine which we had forgotten about,but with the lounge a few steps away it was easy to get a drink in the mornings. “Love this hotel! The bedding is so comfy — I slept like a baby. The blackout curtains also make a huge difference in sleep quality. The in room toiletries were top-notch, and the complimentary coffee in the lobby made for a convenient start to each day. “Currently staying here for my daughter’s birthday. While the hotel staff is mostly friendly…the hotel itself is just OK. We booked a room with two queen beds… we do not have a room with two queen beds, two full beds maybe.. but definitely not queen. Our room came with an ironing board but no iron. We also were put into a handicapped accessible room…that said the bath tub/shower area is not ideal. The shower head is not good. Very small “wand” style and you can barely get clean.
