First and foremost, the accessibility from Kyoto Station was outstanding, making commuting highly convenient. “Very chic and modern hotel. Service staff friendly. Clean and well organized rooms. So fun that there is a record player in room(pick up diff albums on main floor). “Modern, hip hotel geared towards a younger crowd, but with enough older guests to not make anyone uncomfortable. This is not a plush place, but a fun, upbeat hotel with an Italian restaurant, a Mexican restaurant, the upscale Kosa restaurant, and an indoor/outdoor bar lounge upstairs. The folks working the lobby desk double as reception and concierge and are good at doing both. English was not a problem here.
