I have experienced new levels of rudeness and an alarming lack of customer service from a hotel who claims to excel at helping their guests. I booked a very expensive room at the hotel and then contacted the hotel asking if it would be possible for a photo opportunity. Instead of contacting me and asking questions and understanding what I was looking for and options, their ANNE-SOPHIE MAIGNE sends over a PDF asking for 6000 euros for a dinner and flowers and all these things that I do not know where they came from and never asked for. ” — Erin Evon
