“This hotel is not special. They have small rooms that they don’t recommend yet they sell them. I don’t understand this but it was fine for us. Actually the small room is technically bigger than many rooms in NYC hotels we stayed in, so they originally scared us that there was zero space. We could have even put a crib in the room but they don’t allow it. Anyway. The breakfast is nothing special, a bit mediocre, but the Jasmine restaurant was fantastic. “I really want to love this hotel. I’ve stayed 4x however I believe this last one is my last. The good: location, modern style rooms, some rooms have a great view. Mini bar is a great unique concept. The bad: service- concierge is so basic and doesn’t help at all. “We are staying for over two months here, and counting. Horrible leak lasting two weeks and it’s still going. Aside from that, the air quality in the rooms is poorly. I wouldn’t be surprised if the annual air duct cleaning is ever carried out. Air quality aside, please fix the leak, and do it properly.
