“As frequent Aman guests, we always anticipate a flawless, hyper-personalized experience, but our stay at Aman Venice unfortunately fell short of the high standard set by others in the portfolio. There is no denying the physical beauty of the hotel—the historic palazzo setting is breathtaking. However, for a luxury property of this caliber, the fundamentals should be seamless. Our room lacked proper blackout shades, which made getting a restful night's sleep incredibly difficult. “This hotel was the highlight of our trip to Italy. The hotel is simply stunning and elegant with exceptional staff. The rooms are comfortable and unbelievably gorgeous. The private tour of the Doge palace was unbelievable and the sunset tour was breathe taking. The other thing we enjoyed the most was going to the market with the chef who then prepared a meal from what we picked. It was so memorable and unique and delicious.
