From the moment we arrived at the airport, the service was almost non-existent. We felt as though we were simply left on our own, with no guidance or assistance whatsoever. “This was my first experience at an Aman property and it was a decent stay. You get a strong sense of privacy and serenity at Amanyara and the property itself is beautiful. Every room is essentially a private villa and its an incredible way to disconnect and escape the world. However, upon arrival we found a large moth inside the room and staff had to come get rid of it. The next morning, we found another large moth inside the room and this was a little frustrating since we never left the doors open. Again, we had to call the staff.
