“We loved our stay at Pine Caye. We received amazing service from the moment we arrived. There were many small gestures the staff made where we really felt they appreciated our presence at their resort. The location was immaculate, truly the only way to accurately describe the island is paradise. There are 15 rooms and a handful of houses to rent, which means, even at high capacity, there really aren't many other patrons here. “Our stay was unfortunately very disappointing and far below the standards we expected from a property in this category. From the moment we arrived at the airport, the service was almost non-existent. We felt as though we were simply left on our own, with no guidance or assistance whatsoever. Unlike many luxury resorts we have stayed at in the past, nobody helped us with our luggage or accompanied us through the arrival process. The journey to the resort was also disappointing.
