“Outstanding location, rooms and breakfast. Right in the center of the city and a short walk to attractions. Breakfast was excellent with great variety and made to order eggs. A huge shout out to the front desk. She was so helpful with parking and getting us in the right room. Best front desk we have had in a long time. TIP- getting here by car is a challenge as Google and Apple Maps could not get us to the lobby. You need to take the tram road and then you can unload at the lobby. You then go and park at the Opera House parking lot.” — David Harris

“This hotel was fabulous. It is centrally located by the train station in the city center. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. I arrived early and they stored my bags while I explored the city. The restaurant, Atlas, has a great vibe and wonderful food. She recognized that I was Thai and warmly welcomed me in Thai, which immediately made me feel comfortable after traveling. She was friendly, professional, and gave great recommendations for nearby restaurants and places to visit. I also really appreciated the room upgrade with a nicer view.
