“Outstanding location, rooms and breakfast. Right in the center of the city and a short walk to attractions. Breakfast was excellent with great variety and made to order eggs. A huge shout out to the front desk. She was so helpful with parking and getting us in the right room. Best front desk we have had in a long time. TIP- getting here by car is a challenge as Google and Apple Maps could not get us to the lobby. You need to take the tram road and then you can unload at the lobby. “Hotel is nice. Spa is not included in the rate and they charge you an additional 40USD per person. Breakfast is ok for vegetarians/vegans, but nothing special and during the week, breakfast finishes at 10am sharp and they kick you out shortly after. Perfectly located in the theater district across from the National Theatre station, the hotel offers easy access to the waterfront, airport train, and major attractions. The rooms were elegant and extremely comfortable, with the best beds we experienced in Norway. Service was consistently professional, polished, and warm, creating a true luxury experience without any pretension. “We stayed for 3 nights at the end of May 2026 in a junior suite. The room was gorgeous. Even though there is a relatively busy street right outside, it was quiet. The beds are great. The chocolate you get on arrival was so good, we ordered more. The location is excellent. My daughter loved the unlimited sparkling water available from taps located on every floor. The staff were amazingly warm, kind and helpful, from the cleaning staff to reception to room service to breakfast. “The hotel has a luxurious feeling and the breakfast is exceptional (both à la carte and buffé included) 🍳🥞The staff were very serviceminded and helpful.
