“Lovely hotel. Location is great because you can still see the water but you are a block off the high traffic street. Close to all shopping and restaurants. Rooms are huge with beautiful big balconies. Customer service is exceptional. Some constructive feedback, 1.the only place to eat or get a drink is their rooftop. However, the uncovered (non restaurant) party of the rooftop is often closed and you aren't allowed to get a drink inside and take it out there. There is no lobby bar either. 2.
