“I tsyaed seven delighted nights at this hotel. It is located in a quiter residential like neighboorhood south of the train station (10 min walk). It was perfect for me as I attended a conference in Prato and wanted to be closer to the train station; otherwise it is a 15-20 min walk to the central sights. The rooms were clean -the housekeepers did a fabulous job and vere timely. A shout out to Edyta who greeted me every monring in the breakfast lounge. She was always delighful and was instrumental in keeping the place running smoothly.” — 21029chris Chris

“Had an excellent stay. Rooms are clean and modern. Air con was fantastic and cooled the room well. The Staff is what makes this place special. Sara at the restaurant was such a pleasure and was so accommodating. She went out of her way to take care of us and make sure we had what we needed. “Absolutely wonderful hotel and stay! Safe neighborhood and located in walking distance of many restaurants, tourist attractions, the train station, and near the river to enjoy an amazing run early morning. The staff was exceptionally welcoming and accommodating, and spoke multiple languages. Rooms were spacious, clean and had comfortable beds. Breakfast buffet was delicious and abundant.
