“The two bedroom suite was very spacious, clean and bright. The breakfast was freshly made and very delicious. We also liked the small treats provided during turn down service and the welcome chocolate was beautiful. But there were a few hiccups. Cons: Walls are very thin, you can literally hear the conversations and bathroom business of other guests in the room above you. We were unable to turn the thermostat below 26 (79'F) the first night, and had to ask the concierge the next day to remove whatever lock they have on the thermostat to actually have the room be a comfortable temperature. “I tsyaed seven delighted nights at this hotel. It is located in a quiter residential like neighboorhood south of the train station (10 min walk). It was perfect for me as I attended a conference in Prato and wanted to be closer to the train station; otherwise it is a 15-20 min walk to the central sights.
