From the moment we arrived, Nafees at the front desk greeted us with a warm, authentic smile that immediately made us feel welcome. Throughout our stay, he regularly checked in on my girlfriend and me to make sure everything was perfect. The hotel itself has an incredibly hip, stylish vibe — retro-inspired finishes mixed with an industrial feel, including polished concrete floors, while still feeling modern and comfortable. “My now wife and I booked Arrive Austin as our primary wedding hotel and could not be happier with the choice. The staff was incredible, the manager was the sweetest manager of any hotel I’ve been too and set up the room with gifts, and asked about how the wedding went with genuine interest. They gave us a free upgrade in rooms, were far more flexible with wedding block minimums than other hotels, and were very priced. Great location near multiple bars and restaurants, and their downstairs bar is fantastic too. Can’t say enough great things about this hotel.” — Adam Black

“Honestly really wanted to love this place. I had requested a quiet room in advance. When I checked in the front desk associate noted that and said she put me in the quiet section of the hotel. Every night was SOOOO LOUD. I even wore ear plugs but got absolutely no rest. When I went to check out and they asked how it was, I mentioned that the room was quite loud, just for future guests. They told me that the room was not a quiet room and that I should have asked. I said I did and then she changed her tone, said they were fully booked the day I checked in and that the room was the “quietest of w” — Molly Jones
