“Very well located for visiting the Chateau de Chantilly. Friendly staff. Decent but not amazing breakfast buffet. We visited during hot weather and the hotel’s air conditioning system was simply not up to the task. Our room (and the whole hotel) was hot. Upon request they did give us a fan for our room. Our room safe didn’t work and despite our request they didn’t fix it. Not up to 5 star standard.” — David Smith

“Very nice place. 5 minutes from the castle. Spent a few days between Christmas and New Year’s Eve with my parents and young kids. Worked nicely for everyone. Make sure to reserve the restaurant and spa before you arrive. Both were sold out for most of our stay. One small thing is that whenever the entrance doors open you can feel very cold air going thru the lobby and bar in the winter. A sas in the entrance would be very beneficial.” — David Mc Lean

“We were here last year in July and sadly expérience was not good. We arrived late evening. Baby bed was not prepared despite it was ordered. The room service even did not took to carry our bagage and do not offered help for it. We were not able to use swimming pool because we were with little kid and it was ok to go only after 17h when our check out was at 11h. Also our car key was lost because they did not gave us the card about car key. And despite we told about all négative expérience - we were not offered any discount and they replied just « ok, we will speak with Night Shift »” — Florient Tryoën
