“Overall, I liked this hotel and had a positive stay, but there are some notable drawbacks worth mentioning. During busy times, the hotel feels overcrowded, elevator waits can be long, parking is difficult with the valet when it's busy, and the check-in area can get backed up as well. The lobby bar is very pretty but gets busy on Friday and Saturday nights. Unfortunately, my Bonvoy Gold Elite status was not honored nor did I receive any benefits from it which was disappointing.
