“Perfectly located hotel just steps from St Marks Square, and convenient boat access. Rooms are beautiful however hotel is located on a somewhat noisy street. We happened to be staying at a time that windows needed to be open because air conditioning was not switched over, so a little noisy for sleeping. The breakfast room has some beautiful paintings as well and worth a visit if you are not enjoying their breakfast buffet. We would definitely stay at this location on another visit to Venice.” — Marc Slotnick

“Our stay and Baglioni Hotel Luna was spectacular. The front desk staff, concierge and bartenders were all friendly and made an effort to make sure we had a memorable stay in venice. The room and hotel were spotless. The location is phenomenal and this hotel has a private dock so easy to get in and out when using a water taxi. There are two vaporetto stops within a 3 min walk, and gondola service out front. You are literally a step away from St. Marks square. “The worst and the most outdated hotel! the condition of my room fell way far below the standards I expected. The bathroom was noticeably outdated, with serious wear and tear on the ceiling, disgusting bathtub and wall. There are chipped areas on the walls and ceiling, which gave the room an unmaintained and neglected appearance that a five star hotel shouldn’t have! Most concerning, however, was the significant presence of mosquitoes in the room. This not only caused disturbed sleep and discomfort on my daughter ‘s face but also raised concerns about hygiene and proper maintenance. My 3year da” — C. L.
