“We just returned from a four-night stay at Bellustar Tokyo and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. We arrived at the hotel very early, around 6am, and the check-in team could not have been more thoughtful. They did everything they could to make our early arrival comfortable, including opening up the lounge area so we had a quiet place to relax after a long journey. “Great hotel, definitely a more refined brother of the Groove, located in the same building. Very good breakfast (proper sit down, not a buffet), amazing service, awesome views. Being an upscale hotel, it may have less availability for the double upgrade for titanium GHA members - wasn't able to get it, though easily got the same perk in Groove on the same week. “We stayed first at the Fairmont Tokyo and then moved to Bellustar Tokyo, A Pan Pacific Hotel. Unfortunately, after comparing both stays, we were disappointed with Bellustar. We chose this hotel because of the excellent reviews. However, when comparing it to other five star hotels we stayed at during this trip to Tokyo and also on our previous visit, this hotel does not feel like a true five star property.
