“The Hotel is situated adjacent to the Imperial Palace property and maintains a very serene look. We were a family of 4 persons including our daughter and her 12 years old son. “Pros: the staff is polite, professional and what you would expect at a 5-star hotel in Tokyo. Lobby is nice. Cons: the suite is NOT at all what I had ever experienced at a 5-star hotel anywhere - especially in Japan.
