“We have stayed at The Beverley Hills Hotel a few times and absolute love it! From the moment you arrive, the outside staff greet you with warmth and professionalism. The valet manager is so nice and remembered my name after meeting me one time. The front desk staff is the best, nothing else to say about that! Lisa, the concierge, is great. She made a few amazing recommendations and reservations for local restaurants that were fabulous! The care given to our room during our stay incredible! We ate at the Polo Lounge a few times during our most recent stay and are always pleased with the service” — Dave English
