“If you’re expecting a proper 5-star experience, lower your expectations immediately. The towels were filthy, the shower was broken, and the room itself felt more like a coffin. Upon checkout the receptionist asked how our stay was, after informing him about our experience he simply shrugged. Seems he’s very familiar with negative feedback. The only positive thing I can say is the location — that’s really the only reason this place survives. Other than that, it’s absolutely not worth the price they charge. At best, this is a 2–3 star hotel on a very generous day.” — Nada Abdulaziz

All staff are extremely nice and helpful, the response rate for any request is super quick and guests are treated the best. “I had high expectations for Bless Hotel Madrid given its 5-star rating. The design is stylish and well done. However, there is a club directly below the hotel, and the bass is clearly audible in the rooms until around 6 a.m., which made it impossible to sleep until the music was switched off in the early morning hours. Service was professional, but felt somewhat impersonal. Overall, not what you would expect from a 5-star hotel.” — Maxine Koehler
