“Excellent five star hotel. Great bar and facilities. Friendly staff and concierge. Housekeeping and turn down service were especially well done. In-room breakfast checked all the expected boxes, fresh croissants and OJ. Rooms were very New England, go for harbor view. Also love the scent of the bath products. Would stay here again. Only minor complaint is I prefer a separate mini fridge for personal wine chilling. The mini fridge here is solely an electronic mini bar.” — Tom

“We had a great stay at Boston Harbor Hotel. The service was excellent throughout, and the staff were warm and friendly. One detail I really appreciated was that when I requested extra amenities during our stay, they arrived beautifully wrapped in a small gift bag, which was a very thoughtful touch. The hotel also has a lot to offer beyond the room itself. The lobby flower arrangement is beautiful, the pool is a good length for actual laps, and the wellness area stood out to me. It has an infrared sauna with 12 different light settings, which is something I rarely see in hotels, plus a hot tub ” — Scarlett L.
