“What a lovely and luxurious gem right in the heart of downtown! Every though has been given to upscale comfort and amenity. “I took my mom to the Fairmont Copley Plaza for her birthday, and she was absolutely blown away. The property is beautiful, the location is perfect, and the service was wonderful across the board. “Very poor experience for our anniversary getaway and won’t be using AKA anymore. Bummer because we have had two prior trips that were great at the Commons Boston location. Please be cautious when booking at this property. We booked a premium king corner room that very clearly has an 4 piece bathroom, and the room we got assigned was not renovated, had a tub/shower combo and was clearly not a corner room. “I'm awarding this hotel 5 stars in recognition of the beauty of the property, its outstanding dining venues, and the many things it already does exceptionally well. Located in a prime Back Bay location that's perfect for exploring Boston, the hotel has quickly become the city's "it" luxury property.
