“Right in the center of the city of Antwerp, you'll find this completely restyled and most beautiful place. We had the most welcoming reception by the team outside, immediately taking care of our car and luggage. Our room wasn't ready at arrival (we were a bit early), and they kept our luggage and found it in our rooms..... nicely organised and sorted. The room was spacious, luxurious, comfortable.... and a tiny bit noisy (you could hear doors slamming, people talking, etc. ). “This Is No Sanctuary My wife and I stayed at the hotel for two nights during a vacation. Although the hotel appears very impressive on paper, it has a number of shortcomings which, in my opinion, justify a maximum rating of 2 out of 5. The staff are friendly, although somewhat robotic, with clearly rehearsed and standardized responses. My rating is based on the significant gap between the hotel's marketing of itself as a luxurious sanctuary, its corresponding price level, and the actual facilities and service delivered.
