“It was excellent decision for our meeting and lunch (about month ago). As we're vegan, Chef cooked asparagus with vegetables for us. Oh my goodness, I never ate so delicious food for the last years! 😍 Vegetables were steamed (?), I suppose. I don't know what a magic device they have 😀 because veggies (carrot, cauliflower, etc.) were so fresh, aromatic, and healthy (preserve all the nutrients). Outstanding. Bread was delicious also. As people who travel extensively, both professionally and privately, and who have experienced top international luxury hospitality for many years, we do not enter a hotel such as the Breidenbacher Hof with exaggerated expectations, but with a certain basic assumption: that excellence here is not merely a promise, but a lived matter of course.
