“My family and I spent a week at Burg Vital in mid-December 2025. Incredibly thoughtful and attentive staff, wonderful room and facilities, and terrific amenities especially for parents/children. Highlights include: an amazing wine tasting room (wife's favorite), very comfy bar with live music, a children's club full of games and toys and staffed by very friendly staff (our children would spend hours there each day after ski school), a special birthday cake for my 3-year-old son, and 5 minute walks to the children ski schools. “Don’t stay here. This is not a 5 star service hotel, we almost missed our flight as the staff were so slow and unresponsive to our multiple calls and requests for where our bags had gone to on the gondola. Terrible customer service. No apologies other than to say “it’s busy”. At these prices it is ridiculous. Do not stay here.” — David Sexton
