“I arrived at the hotel shortly before 1 PM and was assisted by a female front desk staff with long black hair and an East Asian appearance. She informed me that check-in would only be available at 3 PM. When I tried to pay the deposit, I could not remember my card PIN and failed several attempts. From the corner of my eye, I noticed she looked impatient, though the process was completed eventually. After that, I waited patiently on the sofa directly opposite the front desk. “Wonderful place with great atmosphere and lovely staff. I really like to see that whenever I come here, I see the same staff. It makes you feel like “at home”. Whenever I had any problem, it was solved immediately and without any unnecessary hassle. During my last visit, there were many sauna ceremonies with Alexandro which were simply amazing. “Wonderful hotel. From start to finish, our stay was near perfect. Service is top- when I called down after testing the mattress and finding it too firm, two housekeepers arrived in minutes with fluffy mattress pads and extra pillows. Our room overlooked the river and some historic buildings. At first it seemed tight but there was ample storage. The bathroom hidden behind mirrored doors had a bath tub and shower cubicle as well as double vanity with adjacent storage shelves, so we were perfectly comfortable. “We did not stay at the hotel. It took us several tries to get into the restaurant. Every day there were big lines waiting to get in. Finally, one day we were passing and there was a very short line.
