“I had the pleasure of staying at Canopy by Hilton during a client's wedding from May 24th–25th, and I had a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. My room was exceptionally clean, smelled fresh, and was very comfortable throughout my stay. One of the things I appreciated most was how quiet the hotel was, making it easy to relax and get a good night's sleep during a busy evening. “Arrived in Austin today for a lazy weekend. We took an early flight and landed at 10am local time. Check in is at 4pm, so I wasn't expecting anything other than holding our bags for a few hours while the room was ready. Otelia B. greeted us with a warm smile and great energy. She was able to find us a room and check us in after a long flight from Boston at 630am. In a world where customer service feels lacking in most places, it was refreshing to be greeted and taken care of with kindness.” — Ramon Vargas

“This is a great place to stay - great location, great staff and service, and very clean and stylish rooms. You can walk to most areas of interest from here - they are less than a mile away. There are a number of bars located close to the hotel and I have read other reviews with concerns about noise at night. I stayed on the fifth floor in a room at the back corner from Thursday to Tuesday and did not have any issues with noise. Walton's Fancy & Staple is right across the street for breakfast and coffee. Verbena is connected to the hotel and is also good for breakfast.” — Pete Merriken
