“This was truly a five star experience at a brand new hotel in the heart of modern Umeda Osaka. The accommodation was nothing short of incredible. I was in a Premium View King Room and was blown away by the views and amenities in the room. It includes a full size bathtub and rainfall shower along with a separate toilet room. The bed is actually a king, and very comfortable with giant pillows. Absolutely my favorite accommodation I’ve stayed at in Japan. The staff were equally incredible, speaking excellent English and always attentive and inviting. I did not experience a single issue with this ” — Andrew Roberts

“I stayed here with my partner for 4 nights after returning from Niseko, we wanted to relax and stay at a hotel before finishing our trip home. For the first 2 nights we stayed in the Corner Suite room which had amazing views of Osaka Station and the park adjacent to the station. We were only suppose to stay for 3 nights but we extended a 4th night and spent the last 2 in the Panorama Suite. The Panorama Suite is the best room we stayed at on this holiday and we rarely left the hotel because of how nice the bar/restaurant and the rooms are.
