“Exquisite hotel. We were given a room upgrade without having to ask, as they knew it was our honeymoon and they prepared some sweet treats for us in our room. The room was large and had everything we needed. They use Byredo in the bathroom which is my favourite! The breakfast buffet was delicious. The manager was super friendly and would chat to several guests ensuring they were enjoying their stay. Staff was super attentive and offered excellent service. “We stayed here for two nights while visiting Osaka in late May. We were upgraded to a junior suite at check in through my credit card program. Our room was gorgeous and massive, especially by Japanese standards. It came with some nice touches such as a Japanese tea set, a large soaking tub with complimentary bath salts and a spacious walk-in closet with the choice between a bathrobe or yukata.
