“My husband and I had a wonderful six day stay at this hotel. We are a Diamond member so we were given a small room upgrade with a balcony. I could step out on the balcony and see the Eiffel Tower to the left. The room was nicely appointed with a nice shower. The staff was always friendly and accommodating. We were even invited to join a party that was on the roof. The roof had an amazing view of the Eiffel Tower. The breakfast was both delicious and filling. “We had a wonderful stay at this hotel during our trip to Paris. The location is absolutely perfect, especially if you want to be close to the Eiffel Tower and explore the city easily. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming throughout our stay. We would especially like to mention the receptionist — I believe her name was Kuna — who was extremely friendly, professional, and helpful from the moment we arrived. She truly made us feel welcome. “Our stay at the Canopy by Hilton Paris was exceptional from start to finish. After arriving early in the morning from the U.S., we were graciously informed that we had been upgraded. At check-in, the staff also took the time to thank us for being Hilton Honors Diamond members, which made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued. Although the upgraded room was not immediately available, the team thoughtfully offered access to the transfer station, allowing us to shower and refresh before beginning our day exploring Paris.
