Canopy by Hilton Sao Paulo Jardins

“We were staying in an Airbnb near bela vista and we felt very unsafe. We moved to the canopy by Hilton and they managed to provide early check in and a great room. The area feels very safe. Unfortunately whilst out we had our phone stolen in another area, Renato at the front desk was absolutely brilliant in assisting us to fill out forms and anything we needed to help report this. We are truly thankful to him that he helped us during such a stressful time. The Hilton hotels are always great and so clean. We will continue to use them wherever we go.” — Katie

“I am a Life Time Diamond and I must say, before reaching here, I read some reviews and as human emotions go; I did read some negative ones and was a little worried. Everything changed from the get go. Amazing staff, service and true hospitality! The willingness to serve and make the guests comfortable was evident, and I am not just talking about myself, I was observing how they were treating everyone. Loved it!” — Vivek Sarin

“If you want a vacation with no issues , avoid this place. It's not a hotel, it's a Motel or 1 star hotel. And all the staff, from management down, don't give a damn about you. They won't even try to fix their own mistakes. The towels were dirty and stained. We ordered to our room, after getting charged for service fee + room service fee, food was cold, and when we call to let them know, we were told “ bring it back so we will reheat it “ If you have an Amex Platinum card and Hilton status is better, book the Hyatt, because you won't get your Hilton benefits. The price is almost the same, but y” — Narisa G.
