What guests say
“Beautiful property and VERY secluded! Unfortunately they are having staff issues and the service was horrible especially when the room was $4000/night. I do have to give a shout out to Marco the manager and the massage therapist their service was exceptional. Hopefully their service in the near future will reflect the cost and beauty of this gorgeous property!” — patrece frisbee
“A long overdue review. We stayed at Cap Estel for a couple nights last summer. The hotel is undoubtedly a stunning hotel with breathtaking views and an excellent location in Eze. The service in general was impeccable, with staff ensuring a seamless experience for the most part, except for the substandard room service. On multiple occasions, we requested for water/cool drinks to be sent up to our room but it never arrived. Bear in mind the weather was high 20s everyday and scorching, the least the staff could do was to ensure the guests were comfortable and hydrated. For a hotel of this caliber” — Sandy Chux
“"One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The service was exceptional—attentive, personalized, and truly above and beyond. Every corner of the property was immaculately maintained, radiating luxury and attention to detail. And the dining experience? Absolutely unforgettable. The food was off-the-charts delicious, with flavors and presentation that exceeded all expectations. A flawless stay from start to finish!"” — vincent greco
