“This is a 5-star property in most every respect. The rooms, cleanliness, and service were excellent. The grounds are pristine. The architecture is nothing short of breathtaking, and every minor detail, from what you see upon entering the property to how you experience nature right outside your room, is accounted for. You’re walking down a perfectly curated museum when you pace the halls. You’ll see the most beautiful pottery when having dinner. “We just left our second stay at Casa Colonial, this time with our almost one year old son. Wow, we had the best time. We love the location and beautifully appointed hotel, every detail feels luxurious but the part that made it so wonderful this trip was the staff. They were FABULOUS, made us feel so welcome and at home. They loved our son so much. The good and service is amazing as per usual. I highly recommend staying on playa dorada, the water is very calm and perfect for swimming with little ones. Beach is very clean.
