“Extremely Disappointing Stay at Conrad Beijing As a loyal Hilton member who frequently stays at Hilton properties around the world, I expected far more from a 5-star Conrad hotel. Unfortunately, my experience at Conrad Beijing was a complete disappointment. I arrived at 11:45 AM and was shocked to find no food available in the Executive Lounge and no food being served in the restaurant. The staff ultimately had to open the bar just to make me a cheeseburger, which took nearly two hours to arrive. “We stayed at Conrad Beijing for 4 days and 3 nights and had a really wonderful experience. The service throughout our stay was very attentive, warm, and polite, which made us feel very welcomed. Breakfast was great, with vegetarian options available, and the chef was also kind enough to prepare vegetarian dishes for us. The breakfast area was especially impressive — it felt like dining in an art gallery, beautifully designed with a lovely artistic atmosphere.
