“Just got back and the Conrad was incredible. The service is what really stood out. Our concierge (Chloe) was phenomenal. I don't usually bother with the concierges but she gave us a great tour of the property and knew everything about the resort. Genuinely so helpful! And it wasn't just her as every staff member was friendly. The people at the buffet breakfast actually remembered our names, which I wasn't expecting. We got upgraded to an overwater villa (away from the construction) and it was stellar. Exactly what you hope for in Bora Bora.
