“Just got back and the Conrad was incredible. The service is what really stood out. Our concierge (Chloe) was phenomenal. I don't usually bother with the concierges but she gave us a great tour of the property and knew everything about the resort. Genuinely so helpful! And it wasn't just her as every staff member was friendly. The people at the buffet breakfast actually remembered our names, which I wasn't expecting. We got upgraded to an overwater villa (away from the construction) and it was stellar. Exactly what you hope for in Bora Bora. “As others have said, you are only paying for the Hilton name and location here. I would have been much happier with an Airbnb as Moorea is so beautiful on its own. Pros: the beach and snorkeling are nice but enough to occupy only a couple hours. The crepery is weird they only serve Crepes and drinks but a very nice place to sit out. Cons: the cost of this resort is so high for what you get. I would have so much rather stayed extra nights in Bora Bora. “A bucket list trip round the world, spoiled a little by our stay at this property. I've spent all my adult life staying in hotels. We booked 5 nights at the Hilton, checked out last Monday. Yes, the staff are friendly but efficient they aren't. For our first meal, the starter came after the main, our server then finished her shift and disappeared. Despite waving, no other staff came to clear the table or take another drink order for more than 20 mins.
