“We had a wonderful stay! The experience is top class the moment we walked in. The family room with 2 separate rooms is a perfect room type; 2 shower room, 2 toilets and 4 sinks. Heaven. We had the canton tower facing view at 21 floor. Service is top notched. The concierge gave great recommendations and exceeded our expectations. “I've stayed at the Conrad in Tokyo and Osaka, which are supposedly the benchmarks for the brand, and the Guangzhou property ranks up there. The location is right in the city center attached to the IGC mall. My experience there was nothing else than fantastic. The staff at the front desk was professional and prompt during check in and when I had issues with my room key. The breakfast was one of the better one's I've had. The executive lounge staff and offerings exceeded my expectations. They had a variety of cocktails available. I never complain when they have an indoor pool available. My kids ” — grant chan
