The hotel, its decor, its restaurants, the service, the rooms, the views, the attention to details and every staff member from the concierge to the management speak English and go out of their way to assist. “We had a wonderful stay! The experience is top class the moment we walked in. The family room with 2 separate rooms is a perfect room type; 2 shower room, 2 toilets and 4 sinks. Heaven. We had the canton tower facing view at 21 floor. Service is top notched. The concierge gave great recommendations and exceeded our expectations.
