“Windows are sadly not to open and the water exits with a noteably long run and strong noise after finisihing showering. The laundry service is quite expensive. My main problem was, that robots bringing food deliveries from the reception to the levels are dominating the elevators. They are nearly blocking the entry with their center position in the lifts, and up to five entering guests could not overwrite the lift direction and setting their room level, as the robot was ruling. The location couldn’t be more convenient—situated right in the heart of the city with direct access to a shopping mall, supermarket, and the metro. The riverside running track is just steps away, perfect for morning jogs with beautiful views. The facilities are outstanding. The gym on the 8th floor is open 24/7 and very well equipped. “Travelled to China in December 2025, but have some special requirements as my daughter has allergies to wheat/gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts and sesame. As a result, we have done significant research to find hotels and restaurants which can cater for our special dietary needs. The Langham in Shanghai and In Splendid Clubhouse in Wuzhan were amazing hotels which went out of their way to make sure that we had a fantastic and safe stay.
