I found the staffs are quite inexperienced. But they are polite. 3. What you paid for is not proportional to the service, leisure, comfort you received. 4. There was an event during my stay. “Windows are sadly not to open and the water exits with a noteably long run and strong noise after finisihing showering. The laundry service is quite expensive. My main problem was, that robots bringing food deliveries from the reception to the levels are dominating the elevators. They are nearly blocking the entry with their center position in the lifts, and up to five entering guests could not overwrite the lift direction and setting their room level, as the robot was ruling. So we had to go up with she and back to the 2 (lobby) level and finally changed to elevator. It's a very unpleasant ex” — András Szörényi

“Booked Executive Lakeview Suite. Room was nice and spacious, and hotel kindly arrange an extra bed for my kid. Room also had a nice view of the lake. Location is good, if convenience and a more lively environment was sought. If a more quiet and serene location is needed, to vibe with the tranquility of the lake, perhaps other hotels by the lake would suit better. Service at the hotel could be improved though, especially in the Horizon Club. The attentiveness and proactiveness of the staff seems lacking as compared to other Horizon Clubs that I have been to.
