“We stayed in the Conrad Hong Kong over New Year. I think the staff in the hotel are excellent. When you raise a query they will resolve it quickly, efficiently and with courtesy. The people make the place. Our room was on the 60th floor and came with lounge access. The lounge is a real let down. It is cramped and i thought the food offering was pretty poor compared to that offered by, for example, Shangri La and was almost embarrassing in relation especially to the Shangri La hotels right across the frontier border in Shenzhen. In fact, I'd say that's the biggest problem this hotel has. Quite ” — G C

“We stayed 5 nights in February in room 6023 and we loved every second of it. The room was quiet, had a amazing view and we loved the traditional interior decor. The bed was comfortable, though the pillows did feel a bit flat. Breakfast was very varied and delicious, we had most of our breakfasts in the executive lounge. The staff here are just fantastic, especially in the lounge, super friendly and helpful, they all remembered which wine we wanted in the evenings and the table we preferred at breakfast!
