“Had a great stay at Conrad Las Vegas at Resorts World. The rooms were modern, comfortable, and well-appointed, making it easy to relax after a busy day in Las Vegas. The service throughout the property was friendly, professional, and attentive. One highlight was the fitness center, which is exceptionally well done and one of the better hotel gyms I’ve used. The location within Resorts World provides plenty of dining and entertainment options, while still maintaining a more refined and relaxed atmosphere. “The room was not properly cleaned. We found hair from previous guests in the shower and around the sink faucet. The faucet handle kept coming loose while we were using it, which was frustrating. We requested additional cleaning, but it seemed like they only rearranged items rather than thoroughly cleaning the room. Overall, the hygiene standards were disappointing. On the positive side, the location and casino were great,less crowded with a nice vibe. The bed mattresses were comfortable. The pool closed at 4 PM, even for resort guests. “Unfortunately, the room did not meet my expectations in terms of cleanliness. Several surfaces were noticeably dusty, and I found hair on the bed linens upon arrival. The linens also appeared quite worn, with visible signs of age and deterioration. That said, the hotel’s amenities were very good, and the restaurants on the ground floor were a highlight of the stay.
